Brandon Davis is a high-impact Manufacturing Operations Executive with over 20 years of experience leading multi-million and billion-dollar operations across the industrial, automotive, and energy sectors. Brandon specializes in transforming complex manufacturing campuses into streamlined, high-margin, and safety-first organizations.
Prior to 6K Additive Brandon served as the Vice President of the Components Division at Dexter Axle Corporation, holding full P&L responsibility for a $500M operation. During his tenure, the North American HQ campus saw a dramatic shift in operations, including a company-leading safety improvement (TCIR reduced from 2.0 to 0.13) and an EBITDA over 20%.
Throughout his career, Brandon has demonstrated a unique ability to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and shop-floor execution. His tenure is marked by:
- Operational Turnarounds: At NOV (National Oilwell Varco), he led his plant to win the 2022 Industry Week Best Plants in North America award and achieved a $17M reduction in inventory in less than a year.
- Executive Leadership: As President & CEO of EVRAZ Stratcor, he managed a $100M global Vanadium business, overseeing critical international acquisitions and lobbying for industry interests before the International Trade Commission (ITC) in Washington, D.C.
- Advanced Automation: He is a proponent of the “Automation Journey,” recently launching 12 new process deployments, including Co-Bot integration, to significantly reduce conversion costs.
Brandon’s leadership foundation was built in the United States Army, where he served as a Military Police officer and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal and multiple Army Achievement Medals. After the military he transitioned into progressive management roles at TYCO Electrical & Metal Products, where he rose to manage a $550M flagship facility.
